This page applies to you if you are a consumer — that is, if you enter into a contract with us for purposes that are mainly outside your trade, business or profession. If you are ordering as a business, this right does not apply to you.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

— by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of services when we have fully performed the service, and performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal on complete performance (§ 356(4) BGB).
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performance with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
In practice this is why our offers ask you to confirm, separately and explicitly, if you want us to start before the fourteen days have passed. If you do not confirm it, we do not start early — and your right stays intact.
